Policy & Refunds All sales are final. No credits or refunds will be issued, including for COVID-19 related absences. By purchasing a ticket, you assume all risks and agree to follow current CDC guidance. If the event is canceled, you will receive a refund for the face value of the ticket.

Release of Liability By purchasing a ticket via Eventbrite, you release BIH Events and its agents from any liability for personal injury or property damage arising from your voluntary participation. This is a binding contract between the purchaser and the Promoter.

Indemnity & Arbitration Purchasers agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Promoter and its affiliates from all claims or expenses. Any legal disputes shall be settled via arbitration in Los Angeles County, California.

Severability If any portion of this policy is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
