Cancellations are not permitted. The event is subject to postponement only, not cancellation.

In the event of a postponement, all tickets and exhibitor booth bookings remain fully valid and automatically transfer to the new date.
If postponed multiple times, they remain valid for the latest scheduled date.

Exhibitors may also postpone their participation, with bookings remaining valid for a rescheduled date.
